International Project Semester
Earn ECTS while experiencing overseas studies in Paris !
New opportunity to follow a program in English at the EISTI, the IPS lasts around 16 weeks and is organized around Project Management and IT courses, at the same time students will work on project defined with both the teaching staff and the partner companies.
Two sessions will be organized:
Fall Semester (from mid-September to mid-December) and Spring Semester (from 1st February to the end of May). Application deadlines are 30th April for Fall Semester and 31st October for Spring Semester. This program can accept up to 15 students.
Students who are interested in joining this program must contact their home international office which will nominate the selected students. However EISTI will make sure that student’s background matches the prerequisites of the program.
This semester aims first at students from partner universities; however EISTI will consider any other application.

This semester (30 ECTS) will last around 16 weeks. It will start with a 2 or 3 week on Fundamentals.
Then, students will work on a project defined together with the teaching staff.
Each week will be divide as follows:
• Classes: 10 hours
• Project: 20 hours
Project Management courses (5 ECTS)
Oral and writing expression, Team work, The V model and Agile Methods,SIXO method.
Specialized Big Data-oriented courses (9 ECTS)
Statistics and data analysis, Machine Learning, NO SQL,
Specific Languages (R, Scala, Python), IT Infrastructure (sparc, hadoop, map review, hbase)
Big Data Project (16 ECTS)
A project in cooperation with the partner companies (250 hours)
Certificate with the number of credits/ECTS

End of bachelor (according to student’s background and level) and Masters.

EISTI will send you notification to apply for dormitory. We work with several students halls near the school and book room for students according to their choices and financial means.
Prices range from 250€ to 500€ per month.
You will only have to pay for Social Security which is mandatory in France (215€) and take a private insurance covering medical expenses and repatriation.
