International : EISTI receives russian professors

EISTI’s students who are about to leave for internship in Russia at Novosibirsk State University, have the chance to welcome Alexei Romanenko, professor at Faculty of Information Technologies, who will be their tutor.

The engineering students and Alexei Romanenko exchanged about different subjects and topics offered by NSU for their internship. He also gave lectures to students from the specialization, Visual Computing. Vasiliy Makushev, Professor in Risk Management at Novosibirsk State University and officer in a bank, he too gave lectures to students in first year of the engineering curriculum and to our Master's students in Quantitative Finance and Risk Management.

Besides, another russian professor visited EISTI, Yulia Burkatovskaya, who teaches at the Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics Faculty at Tomsk State University. She gave lectures on Graph Theory and Optimization to  students in first year of the engineering curriculum and in first year of the Master in Big Data.

Finally, we had the pleasure to welcome this week, Anton Kolonin, professor specialised in Social Intelligence and Social Computing at Novosibirsk State University. He gave lectures to students in Master in Big Data   and met some professors to exchange with them about different topics.

All these visits are part of Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Cooperations and agreements signed with Novosibirsk State University and Tomsk State University.
